A Standard Residential Service becomes a Business Service when any of the following areas apply: 

5 or more Networked Computers 
Computer System Conducts Busienss Activities

Service calls are billed in increments of 15mins.

• Annual Support Service covers prepaid time of support valid of one year.
• Hours not used in the last 365 days do not carry over into the next year.
• Pricing does not include software or training
• Support Contract Clients receive priority scheduling over non-Contract Clients
