A Standard Business becomes an Enterprise Business when any of the following areas apply:

Multiple Locations
Clustering, Mesh Networking, Load Balancing
11 or more Computers
More then 1 Server
Virtualization
Cisco Networking

Service calls are billed in increments of 15mins.

• Annual Support Service covers prepaid time of support valid of one year.
• Hours not used in the last 365 days do not carry over into the next year.
• Pricing does not include software or training
• Support Contract Clients receive priority scheduling over non-Contract Clients
