A Standard Residential Service becomes a Business Service when any of the following areas apply: 

5 or more Networked Computers 
Computer System Conducts Busienss Activities

Service calls are billed in increments of 1 Hour. Standard Hourly Rate for Residental is $80hrs.

• Annual Support Service covers prepaid time of support valid of two years.
• Pricing does not include hardware, training or support on hardware.
• Support Contract Clients receive priority scheduling over non-Contract Clients
