Nick was very professional and certainly helped with the computer error that I
was having. I spent two hours w/ Norton tech support after installing Norton
360. They could not help, and sent me away. Glad I found Crossloop and the
support from Nick. I am getting a full refund for the Norton 360. Thank You!

Nick fixed both my computer and my wife's computer, when McAffee failed to keep
out the malware, and other nastys. We are both very happy with his patience and

Nick was able to remove my old security, such as norton/mcafee etc.. whic failed
to protect the system and he was able to clean it up and secure it. I would

My security, through McAffee, failed to protect my computer from several issues.
I ended up with a trojan which self-launched programs that caused numerous
problems. Nick was able to quicky diagnose and correct all the issues, as well
as provide me with security of a level that will save me from going through that
kind of problem again. He was patient about talking me through getting things
set up for him to help me, and was good about keeping in touch throughout the
process of fixing the problems. I would contact Nick in a heartbeat if I need

I Had anti-virius 2009, but the
support after the
first visit is very good. He came back on, double checked my system and
answered my questions.

I cannot begin to
describe how much help I got
from Nick. My system was a real mess. it is a mess no longer and I am
smiling again. I would recommend this site for all your repairs. And

Nick has
helped me very much in
learning what
type of problems I was having and he spent about 45 mins on the phone
with me, also remotely connecting to my computer to actually show me
where the problem may lie. I defantly recommend him to anyone who is
having problems. His thorough searching through your computer to find
the problem is a free service. 10 stars goes to Nick for his
exceptional help!
